Cancellation policy
Consumers have a fortnightly right of withdrawal.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Sportkind - Nadine Lux und Gabi Windisch GbR, Stettenstraße 8, 86150 Augsburg, Germany, info@sportkind.de, telephone: +49 (0)821 319 499 12) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of the revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You will only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
- Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
Our voluntary return guarantee
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer you the following voluntary return guarantee: Products you purchase from us can be returned to us within 30 days of purchasing the goods, provided there are no grounds for exclusion, the goods are complete and in the same condition as when you received them. You cannot return goods for which you have no right of cancellation, even within the scope of the return guarantee. The goods must be returned to Sportkind, Stettenstrasse 8, D-86150 Augsburg. If you return goods in accordance with this voluntary return guarantee, we will refund the purchase price and bear the costs of returning the goods in Germany and other European countries, provided you use our free DHL returns label, which you can request in the "My Account" section. If you return an item that was originally sent to you in a consignment containing several items (partial cancellation), the delivery costs will not be refunded. In the case of a complete cancellation, you will also be refunded the delivery costs. Outside Europe, you bear the costs of the return, but we will refund the delivery costs. In any case, you bear the transport risk for the return shipment. This return guarantee does not limit your statutory rights and therefore does not limit your right of cancellation.

Different return costs regulation for Germany
We bear the direct costs of returning the goods if the entire order is returned and the return is processed by the same shipping company that delivered the order.
Return labels
Without prejudice to your statutory rights, we will provide you with free return labels for your returns within Germany. The return label for shipments to Germany will be enclosed with your shipment. The costs for returns outside Germany are to be borne by the customer.
Information on processing fees for returns
For returns with a total value between €500 and €999.99, SPORTKIND reserves the right to charge a handling fee of €10. For returns with a total value of €1000 or more, SPORTKIND reserves the right to charge a handling fee of €25. These fees are to cover the administrative costs associated with processing and handling orders of this size. By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to the charging of these administration fees.
We reserve the right to charge a processing fee of €25 for returns that do not reach us directly due to non-compliance with the customs regulations of the country of dispatch and have to be cleared by SPORTKIND at the local customs office. These fees serve to cover the considerable costs incurred by this process. By accepting these conditions, you agree to the charging of this handling fee.
